CamSoda, an adult entertainment webcam platform, has announced the launch of ‘Grubuzz’, a new technology that harnesses the power of internet-connected sex toys or teledildonia (we are also disappointed with ourselves that we didn’t know this term before) and sends clitoral vibrations to people while their take out is prepared and finally delivered.
The frequency of vibrations increases throughout the food delivery process. So, for example, the vibration frequency starts slowly when someone’s order is received by the restaurant and gradually increases as the driver leaves the restaurant with the order, approaches his home, arrives at his door, etc. Needless to say, customers are going to be happier than usual when their food arrives.
“People have been stuck at home for over a year now. They got used to regularly ordering takeout from their favorite restaurants. Quarantine cravings are real, as is the COVID-19 food delivery boom. In addition to the increase in food delivery, there has been an increase in the use of teledildonics, ”said Daryn Parker, vice president of CamSoda.
“Here at CamSoda, we thought we would combine these popular activities and produce technology that allows people to relax while their food delivery order is prepared and ultimately delivered. With Grubuzz, not only will you have mouth watering while your order is being processed, but your private parts too. What better way to eat some of your favorite dishes from Olive Garden, Red Lobster, Outback Steakhouse or PF Chang’s than after you have climaxed ?! ”
Users will get a curated email address from CamSoda, which they then connect to their favorite delivery apps including GrubHub, Uber Eats, Caviar, DoorDash, and Postmates, among others. When an email is sent from their delivery app updating them on the status of their order, it will be sent to the email generated by CamSoda, which will simultaneously trigger a vibration on their phone.
According to recent data, the top four food delivery apps in the United States – DoorDash, Uber Eats, Grubhub and Postmates – saw their revenues increase by $ 3 billion in the second and third quarters of 2020, the pandemic of coronavirus requiring shelter-in-place restrictions. . The four companies raked in about $ 5.5 billion in combined revenue from April through September, more than double their combined revenue of $ 2.5 billion in the same period last year.
In addition, before the restaurants open at full capacity, CamSoda plans to integrate this technology into the accommodation stations of popular restaurant chains across the country. The company aims to eliminate the need for bulky and outdated portable trackers that accumulate germs and bacteria and replace them with teledildonic vibrations.
Thanks to this technology, diners carrying their teledildonic device outside the home can receive a vibration informing them when their table is ready at their favorite restaurant instead of waiting for the tracker to vibrate in their hand.
CamSoda initially launches Grubuzz for women only. A male version will debut in the coming months.
The launch of Grubuzz follows on from the adult entertainment company’s previous launches in the food delivery industry. In 2018, CamSoda launched RubGrub, a vibrator that orders food from users after an orgasm, starting with a large cheese pizza from Domino’s.
