We are currently looking for an experienced person Digital Marketing Officer that can kick in to support Langtree’s growth. We are looking for someone who is both confident in the creative and analytical side of marketing. You will be a key contributor to the business success of the company and proactive support in managing our digital marketing function.

The successful candidate must be an enthusiastic, skilled and analytical thinker with basic knowledge of social media, Google Ads and SEO experience. A person with a positive attitude and able to meet the challenges of working in a fast-paced environment with precision and reliability.

As Langtree’s Digital Marketing Manager, you will:

  • Support the Head of Marketing in developing the digital marketing strategy and budget requirements
  • Develop, implement, track and optimize digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels, including:
    • Implement the SEO strategy to increase the number of visitors to the website(s) and achieve high ranking placements in search results
    • Manage and track Google AdWords performance
    • Manage and track the performance of social media advertising campaigns
    • Implement organic social media strategy and increase user engagement, traffic to our websites and number of followers across multiple social media channels
  • Create impactful and creative copy for all of the above and work closely with design agencies to support your digital campaigns
  • Daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly reports when needed or requested for multiple purposes
  • Keep abreast of market trends and competitor behavior
  • Ensure content is of the highest quality to match the brand and tone, and is consistent across all platforms
  • Use strong analytical skills to assess customer experience across multiple channels and define improvements (i.e., usability based on insights from Google Analytics and HotJar)
  • Creation of automated customer email campaigns in relevant software systems
  • Support for updates across corporate and JV websites
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and own workload

What we are looking for…

  • You ideally have a degree in marketing or commerce or equivalent
  • 5 years of proven experience in the specific management of Google Ads/SEO
  • In-depth knowledge of online user behaviors and how to target users with this knowledge
  • Commercial acumen with the ability to demonstrate ROAS on ads and good budget management skills
  • Experience creating and delivering integrated multi-channel digital campaigns, as well as excellent planning and organizational skills
  • Experience with marketing analytics tools and emailing platforms

  • Full-time position: Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with 12:30 a.m. lunch break
  • This is an office role
  • 23 days off plus public holidays (increasing to 25 days after 12 months of service)
  • 6 month trial period
  • Retirement contribution from the start
