Anupam Mittal is now living a good life. He is famous, rich and beloved by the public. But apparently there was a time when he was completely broke and had to listen to people scolding him for losing all the money. Here is the story of how it all happened.
In an interview with Mashable India, Anupam Mittal talked about the kind of lavish life he led when he was in his twenties. He talked about renting cruise ships and stadiums for parties. Here is what he said!
“Some of us kids got together and started a business called Strategy.com, right before the dot com boom. And we became worthy $40 billion. We were multimillionaires in our early twenties, at least on paper. When we had money, we had fun. We used to rent entire football stadiums just for parties. We used to rent cruise ships. Our business would be closed for a week, and we would be chilling on three cruise ships. It was on another level. »
He also talked about his difficult times and added, “But when the crisis happened in 2000, jeb mein do kaudi nahi bachi.”
He later said that relatives blamed him for losing everything. But Anupam Mittal was able to recover everything and enjoy the kind of financial highs like before.
Anupam Mittal was part of the first season of Shark Tank India where he appeared as a judge. He was part of the team consisting of Ashneer Grover, Ghazal Alagh, Peyush Bansal, Namita Thapar, Aman Gupta and Vinita Singh.
