Want a private wine cellar and butler at the top of Perth’s western suburbs? You will need $ 23 million to resell
Construction on what could become Western Australia’s most expensive apartment complex is set to start at the end of the month on one of Perth’s most coveted plots.
Perth luxury developer Blackburne has named one of the nation’s largest builders, Multiplex, for the $ 350 million project, which has already raked in more than $ 200 million in pre-sales.
The Grove will include a collection of luxury apartments spread over two residential towers of 12 and 16 floors each, with commercial rentals and resort-style amenities in a separate podium building.
Blackburne has sold three penthouses since the project launched in September and will soon release the design for a massive $ 22.7 residence that is set to break its sales record in the Subiaco One development.
Equipped with five bedrooms and seven bathrooms, the penthouse has almost 2,000 square meters of living space on two levels, a private swimming pool and an outdoor yoga and meditation terrace with panoramic views of the Rottnest Island and the Swan River.
It also has a 170-bottle wine cellar, a private garage that can accommodate 16 vehicles and access to the complex’s common facilities, which include a golf simulator, a gym, a hammam, a gym, private poolside dining, pool lounge, rooftop lounge bar, etc. -Workspace.
Residents will also have access to an on-site concierge and butler.
The project is described as a ‘private city retreat’ on the website with a grand Hollywood-inspired swimming pool, steam room and sauna, as well as a thermal bath.
